1:1 scaled birth plaque

Our baby plaques are the perfect way to remember the length of your baby at birth. The outline of the baby is 1:1 scale. 

The backing is half arch design with your choice of coloured acrylic. 

Please include Name, D.O.B, time of birth (include AM or PM), weight (KGS), length (CM). All information but name will be done in capitals. 

Please double check information you’ve entered is correct, as all details will be done as they’ve been written. If you do make a mistake please let us know as soon as possible. 

Our plaques are NOT TOYS and are for display purposes only. Please ensure that these are not placed above any bedding and are attached securely to a wall. We recommend using 3m tape, following instructions on the packaging. 

Avoid placing in direct sun light as this may result in colour fading.
