Pricing

As each piece is hand-made to order and created with the love and care. We have a current turnaround of 7 business days for standard orders (this does not include custom orders and money boxes these can take upto 14 days). Please note we will update our current processing times in the homepage header this gets updated regularly. Turn around times are subject to change without notice. We do however try to ger your order to you as fast as possible.  

Due to increased demand, Australia Post and our couriers are experiencing delays, therefore we are unable to provide a specific timeline for shipping. If you do require an order urgently we suggested using express postage. 

As a shipping guide Australia post may  take up to 2-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 business days with express shipping. 

If you realize there has been an error in spelling please let me know within 24 hours after purchase for adjustments. It is the same for change of order please let us know within 24 hours and well try to accommodate as much as we can. 

We want to make sure you love  your purchase, so should you have any concerns regarding your product please get in touch straight away. As each personalised or custom product is made to order, we cannot cancel, alter, or refund orders once production has commenced or due to a change of mind. Please make sure you have provided correct details and spelling before ordering. We allow up to 24 hours from when order is placed to make adjustments.

We recommend that you hang your name plaque or sign using 3M Command Velco strips. Follow instructions on 3M command strip packaging.
