Newborn Plaque

A memorable and unique way to display your babies birth details. This personalized birth plaque is a perfect keepsake for years to come.

Made with ply wood and acrylic, text is engraved into wood with your choice of 3mm acrylic for outline of baby which is then layered onto wood. 

Middle and surname are optional, Please include details in text box.  EG. name, D.O.B, weight, height and time.

Sizing: 15cm (W) x 20cm (H)

Material: 3mm ply wood and 3mm acrylic
